With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Valorie Luther stands as a paragon of innovation and business success. As the founder of Creative Concepts, a renowned digital marketing and communications firm, she has consistently driven business goals and spearheaded groundbreaking strategies for startups, companies venturing into the U.S. market, and established brands alike.
Valorie's journey is marked by a pioneering spirit, especially evident from 2006 at the dawn of the social media marketing era. She masterminded the Business Smart Tools conference, a first-of-its-kind event in the U.S. that delved into the nuances of leveraging Web 2.0 for marketing. This groundbreaking conference garnered significant support from industry giants like Ford, PepsiCo, Hearst, and Xerox, among others.
In her relentless pursuit of marketing excellence, Valorie’s academic accomplishments are equally impressive. Holding a Master of Science in Global Marketing Management from Boston University MET, she further contributes to the academic community as an Adjunct Professor within the same program teaching both undergraduate and graduate students Digital Marketing, Economic and Market Research, International Business, and Business Strategy courses. It is also through Boston University MET that Valorie has been able to expand her marketing expertise to encompass neuromarketing research.
Valorie's personal life is as enriching as her professional endeavors, being a proud mother of four accomplished children. Her eldest, a Yale University and Columbia Law School alumnus, is making strides in a prestigious New York City law firm. Breaking new ground in the ArtMusic genre, Valorie’s second child, a gifted composer-cellist, is currently serving as Composer in Residence at a renowned museum in New York City. Her third child, a Yale University graduate, has made significant contributions to the world of investment and risk management and is now navigating the realms of private equity. The youngest, a Columbia University graduate and former Fulbright scholar in East Africa, is currently in London pursuing an M.S. in Urban Planning.
Expanding her horizons yet again, Valorie has established The Luther Institute, a career coaching platform tailored for both graduates and individuals reentering the workforce where those looking to build their careers will be inspired to find new roles that ignite passion and encourage personal and professional expansion.
Valorie’s own career, marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence, innovation in marketing, and a deep commitment to educational empowerment is banking on The Luther Institute being more than just a career coaching service; it's a vehicle for individuals to discover and seize enriching career opportunities that align with their aspirations and potential.
